▸ What counts as a 'client business'?
One distinct legal entity (LLC, Inc, Ltd, GmbH). Multiple operating brands under one entity = one client. Affiliated parent + subsidiary with separate HR functions = two. Email support@blend.training if unsure.
▸ What happens when I cancel?
Files already delivered to clients remain usable by those clients under your engagement terms. New client engagements require a re-active subscription. Quarterly updates stop. 60-day grace period to wrap up in-progress engagements.
▸ Can I rebrand the documents completely without the attribution footer?
No. The attribution footer ("prepared by [Your Consultancy] using Blend Templates") is required on delivered documents. Format flexibility allowed (small text, end of document); removal is not.
▸ What if I have more than 20 client businesses?
Buy an additional consultant licence. Higher tiers (50 or unlimited clients) will ship once enough demand surfaces. Email support@blend.training if you need this now and we'll do a custom arrangement.
▸ Can my clients edit the templates I deliver?
Yes. The licence covers your delivery to clients as part of a services engagement. Clients can edit the documents you give them for their own ongoing use.
▸ Do I get notified when the law changes?
Yes. Quarterly newsletter + mid-quarter alerts. You and up to 20 named client contacts can receive them.
▸ What about refunds?
30-day full refund if untouched. Pro-rata refund afterwards on voluntary cancellation through the Lemon Squeezy portal.
