- Workshops: Interactive, facilitated sessions delivered remotely or in-person
- Onboarding Programs: Structured systems to reduce time-to-productivity and early turnover
- Leadership Academy: Comprehensive leadership development combining digital learning, live workshops, and coaching
3. Our Performance Commitment
We are committed to delivering measurable business results through our training programs. Our approach includes:

4. Intellectual Property
Blend's Content
All training materials, courses, workshop content, frameworks, methodologies, and website content are the exclusive property of Blend. Clients receive a license to use purchased or contracted materials solely for internal training purposes within their organization.
Custom Programs
For custom-developed programs, clients receive full usage rights for the delivered materials within their organization. Blend retains ownership of underlying frameworks and methodologies. Any modifications or derivative works remain subject to these terms.
Client Information
We respect and protect the confidentiality of business challenges, data, and information shared during our diagnostic and implementation processes.
5. Payment Terms and Pricing
Service pricing varies based on the type of solution:

6. Client Obligations
To ensure successful program delivery, clients agree to:

7. Service Delivery
We begin with a thorough diagnostic to understand your organization's needs before proposing solutions. Implementation timelines vary by service type (typically 6-9 weeks for custom programs, 30-60 days for onboarding systems). Specific timelines and milestones are defined in individual service agreements.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blend provides professional training services designed to improve organizational performance. While we stand behind our performance commitment, we are not liable for business outcomes beyond the agreed success metrics. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be delivered professionally and in accordance with our performance commitment. However, the success of any training program depends on multiple factors including client engagement, organizational support, and proper implementation.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms specified in the individual service contract. In the event of early termination, fees are handled according to work completed and deliverables provided up to the termination date.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdictions where we operate in Latin America, with flexibility to accommodate specific client locations.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website integrates third-party services including Calendly (for scheduling) and WhatsApp (for communication). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with any individual service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between Blend and the client regarding the use of our services.
