What LMS platforms are supported?

Any LMS that supports SCORM 1.2, which includes Moodle, TalentLMS, Cornerstone, Docebo, Canvas, Blackboard, Chamilo, and hundreds more. If your LMS accepts SCORM packages, this course will work.

What do learners actually do in the course?

Each module is an interactive scenario where learners play a specific role — HR director, CTO, compliance officer — and make decisions that have consequences. There are no slide decks and no multiple-choice quizzes. Learners navigate realistic workplace dilemmas involving AI systems and face the regulatory, ethical, and business consequences of their choices.

How long does the course take?

90 minutes across 5 interactive scenarios. Each module takes 15-20 minutes depending on the learner's pace and how many decision paths they explore.

Is the course accessible (WCAG compliant)?

Yes. All modules meet WCAG 2.0 AA standards — full keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alt text, and ARIA labels on all interactive elements.

Is the course available in languages other than English?

Yes. Growth and Scale licences include the full course in both English and Spanish. Additional languages are available on Enterprise plans.

What happens after I purchase?

You'll receive an email within minutes containing download links for all 5 SCORM packages (one ZIP per module). Upload these to your LMS and assign them to your team. No configuration needed.

Does the course track completion and scores?

Yes. Each module reports completion status, score, and time spent via standard SCORM 1.2 tracking. Your LMS will show which learners have completed each module and how they performed.

Can I try before I buy?

Absolutely. Module 1 (The Shortlist) is available to play for free, no email required. It's the same quality and format as the other four modules.

What is your refund policy?

Yes. Active licence holders receive content updates at no additional cost. As enforcement guidance, case law, and implementing acts develop, we update the scenarios to reflect current regulatory expectations.

Do learners receive a certificate?

Completion is tracked via your LMS's SCORM reporting. We recommend using your LMS's built-in certificate functionality to issue certificates upon completion of all 5 modules.
