Who reviews the legal content? What if my client's lawyer challenges it?

When your client's head of legal asks "who verified this?" — you have a real answer.

Why is a rebrand only $2k? What's the catch?

No catch. The course is already built — 12 months of design, scripting, audio, scenario QA, legal review is sunk cost for me. You're paying for the 4–6 hours of rebranding work, not the original production. Traditional L&D vendors quote $10–25k for equivalent courses because they're still amortising their production cost. I'm not.

Do I really own it? Can I resell it to my clients?

Yes — for one named end-client, forever. That means you deliver it to your client as part of your advisory engagement and they can use it indefinitely. For multi-client reuse across your entire client base, the Licence tier covers that explicitly.

What if the regulation changes next year?

For perpetual-licence courses you can book an optional Annual Refresh at $600 — I update scenarios, voiceover, and legal references to current law. For Licence-tier courses, one refresh is included mid-term and renewals include updated content.

Will my client know you built it?

No. No Blend attribution on the course. Your consultancy is the only brand on the deliverable. I don't contact your client.

Is the course topic in your library, or do I need a custom build?

If you see it on the list above, it's in the library — $2k rebrand, 10 days. If it's a niche sector or regulation not listed, we scope a custom build on the call. Most HR, employment-law, and H&S-adjacent compliance topics are already in the library.

What does "SCORM-ready" mean for my client?

The deliverable is a standard SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 package. It drops into any modern LMS — Moodle, Docebo, TalentLMS, Cornerstone, Cypher, SuccessFactors, LearnUpon, iSpring. Your client uploads the zip, assigns learners, tracks completion and scores. No custom integration required.

How do I get my client's LMS requirements to you?

You don't need to. SCORM is a universal standard — as long as your client's LMS accepts SCORM packages (they all do), the course works. If there are edge cases (custom xAPI endpoints, specific metadata), we cover that on the call.

What if I want Spanish, French, or German?

Some courses exist in Spanish already (Derechos Laborales, Ley Violeta, AI Act ES). For other languages, add $500 per language to the rebrand price for a full translation + re-recorded voiceover.
