BNXT partnered with Blend to create an eLearning program that helps hospitality leaders develop inclusive behaviours through realistic, scenario-based learning.
Discovery & Analysis
The course explored inclusion across six common bias areas (age, culture, disability, gender, generational bias, appearance). Rather than teaching theory, learners faced everyday leadership situations where assumptions affect decisions — and experienced the consequences of their choices.
Design & Development
Blend structured the experience as a day in the life of a hotel manager, using:
• Fully branching scenarios with positive and negative outcomes
• Animated cutscenes for flow and context
• A cohesive, premium visual style aligned with hospitality
• Gamification and multiple endings reinforced reflection and learning.
Evaluation
The program enabled leaders to recognise bias, practice inclusive decision-making, and apply learning directly to real workplace situations.
