Nana is a mental health and wellness company that combines medical, psychological, and contemplative practices into a holistic treatment model. They partnered with Blend to structure a comprehensive eLearning curriculum that would support patients across all areas of the program — from onboarding and education to optional deep-dive resources — alongside in-person mentoring and support.

Nana's approach is research-led and focused on educating and empowering patients. However, parts of the program involve regulated interventions with a higher risk–benefit profile, making learner safety, clarity, and tone critical. Key requirements included: clearly defined learning goals before any content design, a calm, supportive instructional voice aligned with Nana's ethos, and content that felt personal while serving a wide range of learners, from mild depression to PTSD. Blend facilitated a series of discovery workshops with Nana's experts, ensuring each module aligned with the program's overall objectives and supported patients throughout a potentially transformative journey.

Blend designed the curriculum structure and learning framework, mapping: • Core onboarding for each pillar of the program • Supporting educational modules • Optional resources patients could access as needed The structure balanced rigour, safety, and accessibility, ensuring learners felt informed, supported, and never overwhelmed.

Blend delivered a complete curriculum and protocol framework, which Nana then used as the foundation for expert-led content development.
