7taps partnered with Blend to improve employee productivity by addressing procrastination and decision paralysis. The goal was to help employees make clearer decisions faster — saving time, resources, and operational cost.

Analysis showed that productivity loss was driven less by lack of effort and more by decision paralysis. The learning objective was to improve workplace efficiency by helping employees: identify key challenges, generate practical solutions, and prioritise actions effectively. Research indicated that scaffolded microlearning was the most effective approach, breaking complex problems into manageable, action-oriented steps.

Blend designed a microlearning experience grounded in design-thinking principles, guiding users through structured decision-making and prioritisation. Time-phased activities encouraged focus and forced prioritisation, helping users move from analysis to action more quickly. User testing confirmed strong completion and effective use of the action steps. The experience was built using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite.
