What It Is
A compliance training programme for the new wave of digital regulations. We sit between Big-4 GRC consultancies — who don't ship training — and traditional eLearning vendors who can't build LLM-native experiences. We do both, and we measure whether anyone actually changed how they work.
- Scenario-based courses for the AI Act, NIS2, DORA, and the Cyber Resilience Act
- Bilingual EN/ES out of the box, additional languages on request
- Custom programmes scoped around your AI tools, policies, and risk register
- RAG-grounded compliance assistants — every answer cites the regulation
- SCORM 1.2 packages, audit-grade evidence packs, completion tracking
We train your people. We build the assistants. Then we measure whether they're being used.
Why It Matters Now
- Article 4 of the EU AI Act lands 2 August 2026 — every deployer needs measurable AI literacy training
- NIS2 and DORA are in active enforcement; regulators are asking for training evidence
- Most companies have an AI use policy but no defensible training record
- Generic awareness webinars won't pass an audit
The companies that act now will have a training record by the deadline. The ones that wait will be in a queue.

Not Like Other AI Act Training
Four Ways to Engage
Start where you need to. Each tier stands on its own — or combines into a full programme.
AI Act Readiness Audit
When you need to know where you stand on Article 4 before committing to a full programme.
A 1-week diagnostic. We map your AI tool inventory and the staff roles touching them, score each role's literacy gap against Article 4, and deliver a written report with a prioritised remediation roadmap. No rollout, no training delivery, diagnostic only.
- AI tool inventory across departments
- Article 4 role-mapping for every staff function touching AI
- Gap analysis against your existing training and policy
- Risk rating per role (low / medium / high literacy gap)
- Written report with prioritised remediation roadmap
- 60-minute findings call to walk through the report
AI Act Readiness Sprint
When you need defensible Article 4 training before the August 2026 deadline.
A 6-week fixed-scope programme: AI literacy gap audit, role-specific scenario rollout, pre/post assessment, and a board-ready evidence pack.
- AI literacy gap audit across the organisation
- 5 scenario-based modules (HR, Marketing, Risk, CX, CTO)
- Bilingual EN/ES delivery
- Pre/post assessment with role-level scoring
- Board-ready evidence pack and audit trail

Custom RAG Compliance Assistant
When you've trained your staff on the AI Act and need an assistant they consult after the course — same article citations, same audit chain, EU-hosted.
Not a generic RAG bot. The post-training Article 4 assistant: ingests the regulation plus your policies, cites both the same way the training course did, logs every staff query as ongoing-literacy evidence under Article 4. Bilingual, EU-hosted, on-prem option.
- Same article taxonomy as the training programme — citation integrity end-to-end
- Citation verification UI: unverified Article references flagged in-line
- Audit log of staff queries — Article 4 ongoing-literacy evidence
- Bilingual EN/ES (DE/FR on request); EU-hosted by default; on-prem option
- Quarterly content refresh as the regulation evolves
Who This Is For
Ideal For
- Companies under Article 4 (AI literacy obligation) who need defensible training before August 2026
- GRC, Legal and L&D teams running compliance training across multiple regulations
- Bilingual EN/ES rollouts across Iberia, LatAm, and US Hispanic markets
- Compliance teams whose policy Q&A volume has outgrown the team
Not Ideal For
- Teams looking for a one-day awareness webinar — see our Workshops
- Organisations not yet ready to map their AI use to the regulation
Our Article 4 Guarantee
We stay until the training shows up in measurable behaviour and audit evidence. If learners aren't completing modules or aren't applying what they learn, we diagnose what's blocking adoption and adjust, included in the engagement.
Refund and rebuild clause
If, within 12 months of completion, a regulator issues a written finding that the AI literacy training we delivered is inadequate under Article 4, we refund the engagement fee in full and rebuild the programme at our cost. Two conditions: the finding must specifically reference our delivered training, and the client must have run the programme to its full agreed scope across the workforce. No other AI Act training vendor we know of writes this clause into their contracts. We do because we stand behind the work.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Article 4 of the EU AI Act?
Article 4 places a binding obligation on every provider and deployer of AI in the EU to ensure their staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy. It comes into force 2 August 2026 and applies to any company using AI in the EU — including non-EU companies serving EU customers. There is no exemption for size or sector.
Will this training pass an audit?
Yes. Each module reports completion, scoring, and time-spent via SCORM 1.2. We supply an audit-grade evidence pack showing role coverage, pre/post performance, and content currency. Designed around the EU AI Office's literacy guidance and Article 4's reasonable-measures standard.
What about NIS2, DORA and the Cyber Resilience Act?
Same framework, different module set. Each regulation has dedicated scenario-based courses, deployable as SCORM 1.2 to your LMS. Available standalone or as part of the AI Governance Training subscription.
Do you build custom content for our company?
Yes — both the Sprint and the Custom RAG tiers can be scoped around your AI tools, your policies, your risk register. The off-the-shelf course library is also available unmodified for faster deployment.
Bilingual EN/ES — is that real or subtitled?
Real. Modules are authored in both languages with equal depth, not auto-subtitled. We've shipped bilingual courses for Spanish labour rights, Ley Violeta, and the EU AI Act. Additional languages (DE, FR, PT) are available on Custom and Subscription tiers.
Isn't this just a RAG bot? Lots of vendors ship those now.
Yes — the underlying technique (embeddings + vector retrieval + cited generation) is commodity. The differentiator is what's wrapped around it. (1) The bot inherits the article taxonomy from the training course your staff just took, so when an employee asks a question the answer cites the same Articles they were assessed on. (2) Every staff query is logged and time-stamped — that log is itself Article 4 ongoing-literacy evidence under the reasonable-measures standard. (3) Citation verification flags unverified Article references in-line, so a regulator-relevant answer cannot slip through with a hallucinated citation. (4) Bilingual EN/ES out of the box, EU-hosted by default, on-prem available — most generic RAG vendors are English-only and US-cloud-only. Big-4 also ships RAG assistants, for six figures and twelve months.
What data goes into your assistants? Where is it hosted?
Only the documents you provide. By default we deploy on EU infrastructure (Netlify EU regions, Pinecone EU). On-prem and customer-cloud options available for sensitive deployments.
How much does this cost?
Sprint from €15,000. Subscription from €25,000/year (full ~28-title library). Custom RAG build from €60,000 plus €30,000/year ops. Off-the-shelf AI Act SCORM course from €690/year for up to 50 learners. Final pricing is defined after the free audit.
