What LMS platforms are supported?
Any LMS that supports SCORM 1.2, which includes Moodle, TalentLMS, Cornerstone, Docebo, Canvas, Blackboard, Chamilo, and hundreds more. If your LMS accepts SCORM packages, this course will work.
What do learners actually do in the course?
Each module is an interactive scenario where learners face realistic safeguarding situations — a student disclosure, physical indicators, online concerns, child-on-child abuse, and community safeguarding. They make decisions that have consequences and receive immediate feedback on whether their response aligns with KCSiE 2025.
Is this aligned with Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025?
Yes. The course covers KCSiE 2025 Part 1 requirements for all staff. Scenarios reference specific statutory guidance throughout, including disclosure handling, DSL reporting chains, information sharing, and record keeping.
How long does the course take?
2.5 hours across 5 interactive scenarios. Each module takes 25-30 minutes depending on the learner's pace and how many decision paths they explore.
Can this be used for annual refresher training?
Absolutely. KCSiE requires annual safeguarding training for all staff. The branching scenario format means returning staff get a meaningfully different experience each year depending on the decisions they make.
Is the course accessible (WCAG compliant)?
Yes. All modules meet WCAG 2.0 AA standards — full keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alt text, and ARIA labels on all interactive elements.
What happens after I purchase?
